1. Download removeidentities_v1.0.zip and unzip it
2. From your Admin Control Panel, go to the "Install Add-on" page
3. Upload the addon-RemoveIdentities_v1.0.xml file
4. Click the Install Add-on button

Hi Andy, I just installed this on my XF 1.3 and it works fine however there were users who already had data on their Facebook and Twitter fields (stock fields that come with XenForo) and I want to prune that information. What query should I run? Thanks!

Users - Custom User Fields

Delete them.

The problem with deleting all the Custom User Fields is that the Contact Details still shows the Identities title and two bars, looks like something is broken.

It's better to install the Remove Identities add-on.

That particular issue has been fixed in the latest releases.

If I find something broken, I post a bug report saying it's broken so it might be fixed. I don't go and make an add-on for it first and not tell anyone it's broken.
