XF 1.5 Registration notifications to a specific email?

Hi, so we have a new forum owner. And I was hired to continue taking care of tech/customer support. (y)

However, one thing the owner (he's an admin) still needs to do is to approve registrations. Right now all notifications are coming into my inbox.

Can I specify an email address for registrations that would be different from the forum's global email address?

No, that's not possible.

There is the 'Default email address' and 'Contact email address' and that's it.

OK, so since the email addresses are the same for both at the moment, which one would refer to registration normally? The Default or the Contact?

OK, I am not using an addon at the moment. I was just wondering about the two email address fields in Options. But I guess one is only used to send email, while the other one is receiving them. I posted on the Resources forum, will see what I can find.

Oh wait, are you using manual approval?

That might cause an email to be sent - I've never used it so can't be sure.

If so, it would be the default email address.

I think the only way is to set up a redirect or forward in your mail client or server, that is what I have done

If you are using Gmail, you can set up forwarding with a filter, so only registration/approval emails would be forwarded.

The original account would still receive the emails aswell.
