This seems to be a repetitive issue, but searching hasn’t given me any results…and I am a bit green/know I need help getting this nailed down.
The issue is not receiving any sort of email reminders from the forum. What is mainly wanted are PM alerts. These emails aren’t going to a spam folder and the issue is happening across all devices and platforms. Users have their settings correct.
I checked my email account and I stopped receiving these notifications myself last summer. My spouse, who uses the same forum, had them as recent as May.
I don’t see anything backstage where I can toggle something back on. (Here my green-ness is showing). I did use the “Test Outbound Email” feature and didn’t get the message.
