XF 2.1 Custom user fields have disappeared

My custom user fields have straight up disappeared.

I momentarily deleted everything from extra.less and the problem still persists, so it's nothing with extra.less.

The Custom fields checkbox is selected in style properties > messages.

Under Custom user fields > General options, I have "Viewable in message user info" selected.

They have been visible for months and have disappeared. I absolutely cannot find anything that I have changed.

Try a different style
To find out the problem, is it in style or script.

I changed to a blank default and it works fine.

Also, when I go to style properties > messages and select "custom user fields" to be displayed, they won't display. But if I also select "total messages", then the total messages AND custom user fields appear.

disable all add-ons to make sure one of them causes the error or not

Would it be something linked to the user title ladder (which I don't use)? It's weird why they only appear when I select "show total messages". It's never done that before.

If "show total messages" is selected. Custom fields appear
Does this problem appear with all styles؟

FIXED

I went back through the logs and found a small piece of coding changed in messages.macros. I clicked REVERT to repair this code to it's original form.

All appears okay now.

Yes, custom fields only appeared when "show total messages" was selected. When unselected, it would hide the custom fields.

This problem is due to code in template messages.macros
