Browser issue Redactor with iPad cursor position problem

When editing a long message it's very difficult to move the mini magnifying glass to the position you want to go to. The screen keeps scrolling up and down as you move the mini magnifying glass.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Reply to a message that has at least 10 lines
2) Select BB Code Editor
3) On the iPad press and hold on text (mini magnifying glass is displayed)
4) Move finger up or down

Scrolling should not occur when in mini magnifying mode. It would also be great if we could get more than 6 lines of editing window when viewing in BB Code Editor mode on the iPad.

This is fundamentally the browser's behavior/remit. There's very little we can do to prevent that.

Yes I just tested it on a simple textarea and it does it with that too. Maybe iOS 7 will fix this issue.
