Not a bug Redactor bug. Copying from the RTE and then pasting creates invisible text

Firefox or Waterfox. Windows 10. Occurs on both my machines.

Scenario:
There is some text present in the rich text editor field. Either a previous post being edited, or a current post, not yet made, partly complete. etc....

Steps to recreate:
Highlight some or all of the text and copy it (Ctrl+C or right click etc). This step must be done with text already in the rich text editor. Text from elsewhere does not demonstrate.

Then in either the same rich text field or in a different one elsewhere, Paste (Ctrl+V or right click, etc).

Symptoms:
The pasted text does not appear.

Note:
It's there, but invisible. It can be seen by switching to the BB code editor. Return then to the RTE and the pasted text is displayed.

Note I have uploaded the two .js files posted for the 1.5.5a release.

Can you reproduce this here? This is specifically what 1.5.5a resolved. If you took the action on your site recently (just uploading the files), the old values may be cached; similarly, if you're using a CDN, you may need to force your CDN to pull down new versions.

I can confirm the JS being served from https://static.avforums.com seems to be the code from version 1.5.5 (and not 1.5.5.a).

Thank you. I hadn't refreshed the cache and it took some time for my admin to confirm that the problem had gone away.
