XF 2.2 ReCaptcha double verification (Bug?)

Good Morning Community.
After upgrading to latest forum build i face an strange bug.
did someone having the same issue?

Do you have a modification or addon that's generating those captcha checks on the admincp login? I don't think that's a standard part of XF....
You can try flushing your cache and try again or contact the modification author.

it looks like its from [XenConcept] Captcha login v2.0.3

i disabled:

• Enable captcha for each connection
• Enable the captcha to connect to the admin panel

now everything runs normally.
