XF 2.0 Rebuilding template caches?

How do I force a rebuild of the template cache? I assumed it would be under Tools but it isn't.

XF 2.1 - XF2 Tables not working

Tables are refusing to render in my new install. Instead, I just get the raw BB code. If I use the table button in the editor, it looks fine in the edit window, but once I hit "post thread" the resultant post just has the BB code. Even in the help pages, all the BB codes render in the "output"...
