If I click on the "Continue running them" it say :



How can I remove that thing from the control panel ?

Disable the add-on that deals with the Paid Sticky Threads and contact the developer of it to fix their code.
If this is the one from @truonglv, if you bring it to his attention, I'm sure it will be fixed in a short period of time.

You can use this addon to debug and check the jobs that are running currently and delete them too

I tired it; it doesn't work. The installed version doesn't even completely match the version they show (no Trash can, no setting for admin privileges).

I ended up accessing the Job table in the database, and deleting the entry for the problematic running job there. Works fine.
