Basically. I had a credit card company say the same to me once. I only use debit cards now. I don't need credit cards that badly.

Ironically, it was my Wal-Mart greendot card that said I didn't use it enough. I had pushed through a few thousand dollars into that card, but its not enough according to them.
As I said, it's a pre-paid card... Not even a credit card.
I've got other pre-paid card from outside The United States and they're just fine with the business I give them. Some of them I use even less.
It's only the "made is the usa" ones that give me a hard time. How ironic.

Hate it when someone wants an example, but you can't off the top of your head recall one, even though you know X was said or done so many times that you're surprised the others person wants or needs an example.

I find it sad when sites think they need trolls to spike up activity. Nope. All you need is a couple people with common interests and your good to go. If you can focus on that then you'll do well. It might be hard but it's certainly better than letting a troll make your site suck.

5 years ago today I opened my first forum! It's been a crazy ride. I had no intention of making a long post but I started writing a short history of my site and the next thing I knew it was an hour and a half later.

It does not in-detail which government or at what time. It simple leaves that out there as "hearsay" and can be easily dismissed as "fluff" (cheap talk), with no true substance.
Which no doubt you have come to believe. And that's OK. People are free to take me at my word or not. I'm OK with that.
I have nothing but your word when you claim X, Y, Z.... This is after all The Internet. And I can choose to take it or brush it off.
I usually take things with a grain of salt and take people for their word. I see no value in why I would lie about it. Just as I see no value on why you would lie about X, Y, Z.
But to each their own
