I suspect this is a browser bug (Chrome) but thought I should post it anyway just in case. It does not seem to happen in Firefox.
In a thread with a few replies (enough to be scrollable) if you quote a post that has a youtube embed in it, once it scrolls off the screen and returns it looks like below.
