Quotation

I am looking to get a quote for a possible addon for a project a family member is thinking about starting.

Please note, I am just at the stage of collecting costs to check for economical viability.

What is required:

We are looking to create an auction website connected to a community forum. The auction system would need the following:

  • Auction Categories
  • Image Uploads
  • Custom Fields
  • Price Field
  • Buy it now feature
  • Make an offer feature
  • Price reserve feature (Auction is "not sold" if reserve is not met.)
  • Bidding system (with the ability to define minimum bid increments)
  • Automatic relisting if not sold
  • Auction length configurable (1 day, 3 days, 5 days).
  • Ability to place auctions in to moderation queue on creation (per category, per user and per group).
  • Items can be added to watch list, which subscribes to notifications.
  • Payments to be handled by this system (using xenforo payment handing - stripe, paypal etc).
  • When the item sells, the buyer will pay for the item and a % will go to the seller and a % to the website. Configurable in acp.
    • It would be possible for the seller to choose the payment method, the system should then split the payment between the sellers payment method and a matching payment method for the auction website.
  • Feedback system, positive, negative and neutral with comments and photo uploads
  • Item filtering by custom field, automatic using ajax
  • Full moderation on items
  • Ability to let users edit their own items and prevent editing after a bid has been made.
  • Notifications, using the standard xenforo system, alert, email or push. For:
    • Item Outbid
    • Item Bid received (owner)
    • Item Edited by staff
    • Item edited by user (if item is watched)
    • Item offer received
    • Item sold (owner, buyer and watchers)
  • Contact seller button, which automatically populates the subject field and adds a link to the item in the message body.
  • 'View sellers other items' feature
  • 'View similar items' feature

Is this job still open? We would like to quote for it.
