Quick question on server upgrade / php handler / php version

I'm upgrading my server to the latest version of EA / CentOS and PHP 7.x. During so, I will no longer be able to use FCGI as the php handler. I just want to:

  1. confirm that switching to SUPHP should be fine for Xenforo.
  2. determine what version of PHP 7.x I should upgrade to. I'm still running the latest version of XF 1.5.x (planning the 2.0 upgrade), will any of the latest version of PHP 7.x work fine for my current installation?

Thanks

There have been several reports that PHP 7.3.0 is buggy so probably best to avoid that version. I believe the issues were fixed in 7.3.1

1) It will work just fine. You are just going to have to verify your file permissions.

2) I've had some issues with 7.3. 7.2 runs great.
