When viewing a Question forum with prefixes, behavior of filtering by prefixes is inconsistent between sections.

With the example of your "Troubleshooting and problems" forum linked above, if you are in any section except "Unsolved" or "Your questions", you can use the Filters dropdown and filter by prefix without a problem. It plops you right back into the same section with the prefix filter applied. If you are in "Unsolved" or "Your questions", using Filters like that instead dumps you back into the "Latest updates" section with the prefix filter applied. Clicking back over to either of those sections will then lose the prefix filter.
Further, if you are in any of the first 3 sections with a prefix filter applied, clicking on any of the last 4 sections will have it lose the prefix filter. Switching between the first 3 sections maintains the prefix filter, however. Very inconsistent.
Clicking on a prefix next to a thread title behaves differently as well. Mostly it just dumps you back into the "Latest updates" section.
Preferably, of course, using either method of filtering by prefix would keep you in the same section you're already in, and switching between sections would not lose the prefix filter you have in place.
As another example, it is possible through playing with the URL for instance to view the Unsolved section and also filter by prefix:

But good luck getting there without just resorting to tinkering with the URL.
