How many threads a user has created?
No, if user create a topic in a thread, he was promoted.
Topics and threads are essentially the same thing, the term "Topics" came from phpBB while "Threads" came from UBB.Threads (or earlier).
What do you mean exactly? Reply to a specific thread or make a new thread in a specific forum?

I don't think so.
Technically this is a bit hard to achieve because of the nature of how users are promoted, but should be possible nonetheless (via other methods).
