User Promotion Based On 1 Criterion

I am attempting to do a user promotion based on 1 criterion, which is the user must be registered for 30 days.

As everyone knows, the default Xenforo user group AFTER user registration is 'Registered'.

I want to move the 'Registered' user to the user group Deaf Golf Member after 30 days.

View the screenshots below and let me know if I have set up the user promotion correctly.

One part that I am not clear on is the 2 options 'User Is A Member Of...' and User Is NOT A Member Of...'

I checked marked those 2 boxes, but I am not certain if I needed to do that.

Did I miss any steps or do I have to do any additional steps to assure that the user promotion will work properly?

Just leave everything default except for the registered for 30 days criterion.
