XF 2.2 Profile spam?

Hey guys, we're getting inundated with profile spam links like: https://www.loom.com/i/f48ec18add4d4fe09113831979f64a82

1. Is there anyway to mass delete and remove these users?
2. How can I prevent this from happening and them signing up in the first place?

Not that I know of. Spam cleaner only gets you so far, still requires manual work
