XF 2.1 Problem with sending confirmation email to registration

Hello, I have concerns about sending the registration confirmation email, some of my new members are not receiving the confirmation email, I have tested outgoing emails and i have received the email. Where can my problem come from? Cordially.

If only some members are not receiving the emails then the issue will be due to spam filters or possibly blacklists.

You will need to work with those members to identify the email providers and then your host to resolve any potential server level issues.

XF 2.1 - Users not receiving email confirmation

Hi. I have some issues with my xenforo forum. For a while users do not receive any email confirmation. I made some tests and I noticed that email aren't sent. I did a test from Tools from admin panel, and seems the outgoing email works fine. Any advice here?
