Fixed Problem with page buttons on mobile

If I go to page 150 of the post ratings thread the next and previous buttons look like this:

But they look like this on the last page:

No problems here with iOS 10.3.3

The next button wraps for me on high pages too. There's just not enough room for it all to fit on a single line. Maybe some of the other page numbers should be hidden on screens that are more narrow.

I've made some changes (for the next rollout) to hide the "relative" page numbers in certain situations. The other alternative may be to change the page nav more significantly for small devices, which may be an option.
