XF 1.2 Problem When Trying To Get Onto My Site

I have just tried to get onto my website wirraltalk.co.uk and i have come across this error:
An exception occurred: Too many connections in /home/wirralta/public_html/library/Zend/Db/Adapter/Mysqli.php on line 333

Am not sure what this is can anyone help please?

You have reached the limits configured in your server.
Contact your host to have them increased.

Thank god for that i thought it was an problem with the forum software.
So is that because there is to many people on my site or something?

Essentially, yes.
You can increase the number of connections allowed in the my.cnf file.

Just found out it was a server issue, there own site was also down which was a pain but all sorted now.
