XF 1.2 "Can't connect to local MySQL server"

Anybody have any idea what's going on/how I can fix this? I haven't touched my webserver for a few days - it was working yesterday and now it's not working at all. Is this a XenForo error or should I take it up with my hosts?

This generally means that MySQL has stopped running. You would need to contact your host.
