XF 1.1 Problem When Trying To Install XenForo

I recently bought a license, I then proceeded to upload this to a directory in my public_html, I then made the data and internal_data permissions to 777, then I went to mydomain.net/forums/install (The directory I installed it to) and it was my 404 page, any idea on how I could fix this?

Either the URL is wrong or the files are uploaded to a different location. Confirm the location on the server and make sure you are using the correct URL to open that location.

I personally don't see how this could be possible, you can look here and see I am in the forums directory, and the files all seem to be there. http://puu.sh/2Fpbd.png

Ok, well I can't seem to get it to work, gonna follow your guide and see how that goes!
