I've searched for a while and can't come across anyone that has had this happen, so I'm hoping I can get some suggestions here. We recently upgraded from vB 4.x to xF 2.1.1. For members who were previously subscribed to the vBulletin thread to receive notifications via email, we are not seeing emails go out for new posts on those same Watched threads in xF. I have confirmed that the threads ARE being watched in xF, and they do say that they are subscribed to email notifications. We are just not seeing the emails get triggered when there are new posts in these threads.
To note: Emails DO go out for new threads that were created and updated via xF. Any suggestions or places I can look? Thanks in advance!
