MG 1.1 Preview video not going ?

when i upload a .mp4 video in the media gallery , i don't see a preview ? is this normal ?

It is normal if you haven't configured it in Admin CP > Applications > Gallery Options > Video Options and enabled FFmpeg features for creating thumbnails.

hm ok this is not going because don't have a specified path to FFMPEG . i using web hosting

my provider don't support this on shared hosting products .
