XF 1.5 Prefix filtering not working

Hi, we recently upgraded from 1.1.3 to 1.5.6 and now when clicking on a prefix in a thread it always shows "There are no threads to display" in the filtered view. I'm guessing this is an issue where something needs to be rebuilt, but I've tried rebuilding everything and the problem still occurs. Any ideas on where to look?

There isn't any caching here -- it should really just be a simple query to do the restricting.

Have you had any add-ons installed that relate to prefixes? Particularly one which may handle multiple-prefixes per thread?

Yes, we're using Multi-Prefix so that's probably the issue. I turned it off and things seem ok, turning it back on produces the same issue. I'll contact the developer.
