I used the exchange rates tot calculate the price and $140 is €131 is this the amount what i have to Pay if not can someone calculate/say the answer?

We have no way of knowing - it's whatever rate PayPal apply at the time.

I think it's safe to assume that the exchange rate you used is correct within +/-€1

We will charge you the $ price as advertised in the checkout. It's way out of our hands what the exchange rates are when PayPal converts that into your local currency.
