XF 1.4 Post-Import Rebuild

Is there any way I could speed-up the post-import rebuild to reduce downtime when moving software?

Currently, the import itself (the stages) takes about 2-3 hours for ~1M posts, 34,000 threads and 47,000 users.

When I run the final step (to complete the import), it takes ~2 hours to rebuild various items (users, threads, etc.)

There may not be much I can do, but I thought it worth asking.

Other than getting a better specced/tuned server, not much.

Note that you can have the board open during these stages.
