Post Count Rebuilders - Why doesn't xF come with one?

This is a super simple 2 file addon that will allow you to completely rebuild/recalculate user post counts based on current node settings.

Sometimes I've noticed that if you change a forum to not count posts towards post counts, or to counts posts towards post counts, existing post counts aren't changed.

This addon will fully check everything, and rebuild post counts based on the newer settings.

It uses the deferred system available in xF. It also uses admin template TMC to modify the cache...

Fixed in the update, at least it worked on my install :)

It does come with one.

Admin CP > Tools > Rebuild Caches > Rebuild Thread Information

There's a "Rebuild position and post counters" check box in there.

Doesn't do it for user post counts, or at least it never did it for me (properly).

I have 128M assigned to php, but almost immediately it triggers an out-of-memory error. Used the default of 50 posts.

It's actually users per page, however that doesn't really work, so I'll change it later to refresh after a number of posts :)

Is there no way to rebuild the Forum Statistics? It rebuilt user's post count just fine, but Forums Statistics would still count threads in nodes that shouldn't contribute to post counts.

Is this Add-on still the only way to re-calculate accurate user statistics for XF? I'm happy to use it if it is trusted, but wanted to confirm there wasn't anything inherent XF to accomplish this.
