Please pin MG REST API docs on xenforo.com

I know I could generate them on my own site - but it would still be useful to have them here, like we we for https://xenforo.com/community/pages/api-endpoints/

Unfortunately we're unable to update the API docs at the moment for RM and MG because they haven't actually been written, yet.

Generating the docs will list the endpoints, but there isn't any code hints to provide friendly titles, descriptions, or much detail on anything really.
