phpMyAdmin 3.4.0

    Finally it's here.
    I love the new Design and most of the new features, specially the new enum/set editor

    Simplified interface for export/import

    that would have to be my favorite part, though...i don't really use it for that much anymore, used to dread having to do it.

    Still doesn't come close to HeidiSQL - I always avoid phpMyAdmin where possible.

    Since I run my machines without any web based control panels other than what monitors the VPS itself, I prefer windows applications such as Navicat for working with databases.

    My rule about phpMyAdmin

    Install when needed
    Remove and Purge when not

    Same here, and thankfully that's a rarity. Like some others have mentioned, I prefer desktop clients when I need a GUI. When I install it for others, I only allow local access.
