Not a bug Photos too big to upload

My forum users keep getting a message to say their photo is too big to upload, please can anyone tell me how we fix this? Also I am not technical at all so please explain it to me in very basic terms. Thank you very much.

You are not currently showing as licensed. If you are licensed, then please first add your forum username to the "Forum users" page in the Account area. After that you will be able to post in the relevant forum.
