Please someone help me. I am not able to understand the instructions provided here. I need instructions in n00b terms.

My forum deals with books, novels etc. So I will create two tabs using this plgin.

1. Tab 1 :
Title : Books
It should have simple different fields like My fav books, authors, genre etc.

2. Tab 2 :
Title : Bookshelf
This is bit complicated compared to above. It should receive a value from members. Here Shelfari's code will be used. Usually it is of the format :

<div id="ShelfariWidget123456"><a href='http://www.shelfari.com/'>Shelfari: Book reviews on your book blog</a><script src="http://www.shelfari.com/ws/123456/widget.js" type="text/javascript" language="javascript"></script></div>​

here 123456 is the unique code whenever a user generates a bookshelf at Shelfari.

So, this profile tab, should have a text field to receive the unique code, insert into HTML & complete it. If all goes well, it should display Book Shelf under tab.

Hello I am a friend of Fuhrmann. I will try to help. I use this addon myself.

Fuhrmann's addon is ONLY about managing the tabs.

You need a bit of html and css for this.
Ask on the Customisation forum about this.

Ask how to make a list of fields for user to fill in to populate a tab on the Profile.
Someone like Jake or Fuhrmann himself or Forsaken or several others are likely to give you some code to paste in the big content area on Fuhrmann's tab.

Ask first at Shelfari how to "export the data" on to another website page. Be sure to say it will link back to Shelfari.

okay i aded this my question is when i create custom profile fieds how do i get the custom tab to show up in the profile field creator that was added in xf 1.1 so i can move custom profile fields to it when i open the custom profile field editor the option to put info into the new tab is not a selectable option there.
