Not a bug pending scheduled tasks

Hi
I'm having a problem with my site, in the control panel there are notices:
"There are pending scheduled tasks that haven't run. Tasks may not perform as expected."

I checked the scheduled tasks , And worked them run sequentially,
But the notice did not go away!
Disable all add-ons
But the problem did not go away

Is there a solution to restart scheduled tasks?

Look at Options -> System and Performance -> Job run trigger. Make sure you have it set to Activity based instead of Server based.

Server based can be used too. It just requires additional configuration in crontab, for example.
