XF 1.5 PayPal Payment Issue

I'm setting up user account upgrades, I'm testing to make sure PayPal payment works though I'm greeted with the error below when I try to subscribe to a user upgrade.

Can't seem to figure out why...

A hosting client recently ran into this issue setting up a payment subscription with us. Turned out his credit card expire date was within 90 days. So check to assure your credit card on file with PayPal doesn't expire before 10/2016.

Interesting, can't be the card I have attached to the account as it doesn't expire for a few years.
