XF 2.2 Paid Upgrade is not changing User Group Name?

I have 3 different user upgrades and when users pay for the upgrade their user group name does not change to reflect this. All users no matter of upgrade stay the name of the Registered group. I look at the user in Admin and it shows they are in the right secondary group see picture. I the picture the paid upgrade is
Reason User+ So the user name under their Avatar should say Reason User+ right?

I rebuilt all the caches but that did not change anything.

The primary user group never changes.

Additional user groups are added as secondary.

It's the title which appears under the avatar, not the user group name.

The title comes from the ladder.

Ok so I would have to change the users user group manually?

No - the system is designed this way.

If you want the title to come from the user group, don't use the ladder.



Set the display styling priority the highest for the group title you want to display.

When a user pays for an upgrade this puts them in a secondary group like in the picture. Once the upgrade ends I would like that user to then go into another group how is this done? Also is the User Group setting there to just put them in a group and they would just have all the permissions of that user group and stay that way until changed here again?
