XF 2.2 changing user group new registrations are put in

Once registration completes, and the user clicks on confirmation email they become registered group, where can i change this?

You can't.

The Registered group is the default group for ALL members - regular, moderators, and administrators.

You can use user group promotions to add members to additional groups.

User group promotions are run on a routine cron task for any members which have logged in recently.

You can force the promotion for all members using Tools -> Rebuild caches: Rebuild user group promotions

After running it, check if a member you know meets the criteria has been promoted.
If they haven't then the criteria are wrong, or there are conflicting criteria.

As you have run the task, all existing members will have been affected.

It will work automatically from now on for all new members.
