XF 2.1 Outdated templates after Xenforo upgrade

I recently updated Xenforo from 2.1.whatever to 2.1.latest. It then showed me an Outdated templates warnings. I have two options for my users. The Default Xenforo style and Shades of Grey (Blue text).

But I am a bit confused on what to do. There is a lovely Automatically merge button at the top. Am I meant to click that?

You can click the Automatically merge button or you can Merge each template. If there're any problems with mergin you will get a message.
But the most times it is done after merge.
