Cannot reproduce Only generate a list of email addresses

I want Only generate a list of email addresses but this page are blank.

It’s not blank for me, but there’s definitely some issues here. I’m only getting a fraction of the addresses listed that I should be.

Can you still reproduce this, and can you confirm exactly which criteria is checked or not (even if it is checked by default)?

I can't currently reproduce this and I seem to be getting the correct results now.

Ok, let us know if that changes, and provide details.

I suspect at the time I tested it, I had "Only send to users opting to receive emails from the admin" checked and on my setup, most of my users are opted out.
