One Day Delay on member posting?

Is it possible to delay the first post by a member by one day? I catch most of the spammers but the ones who get through post immediately.

If there was a way to delay for a day, I'd catch them all.

Great...never thought of it that way but the same function. Can it be set to only apply to first time users without knowing their users name?

The Registered group represents all users, including first timers. Then the promotion adds them to an additional group based on their post count.
