I may need to take an alternative approach this this setup, it's happening when the icons are enabled up top.

For now you can remove that border by placing this in extra.less.

.is-sticky .p-nav-list .p-navEl.is-selected .p-navEl-splitTrigger {
    border-bottom-width: 0;
}

I'll have a better alternative on our next release. I have it marked down as a bug for now.
