Cannot reproduce Notice not displayed anymore

I switched a Notice to "Notice may be dismissed" and disabled it on frontend. Now i can´t see the notice anymore. I tried to disable "Notice may be dismissed" but this still exists. I think the cookies will not be deletet, when changeing the "Notice may be dismissed" switch.

I can't reproduce this. I made a notice dismissable, dismissed it, and then changed the option back in the control panel. The notice re-appeared.

I think if you were a guest this could potentially apply, but that isn't something we're going to change. The "reset" option for a notice that this doesn't apply to guests. The way we process things like this for guests generally means that if they have local storage indicating a notice is dismissed, that will apply regardless of server settings.
