At this point it does not matter if the person is unlicensed, the screenshots are from this site, indicating something here.

The only thing I noticed is that the “Thread Prompt” in XenForo pre-sales questions Forum will always shows “what’s on your mind”

Clearly not as the screenshot from Pre-sales in the OP shows a different prompt.

No disrespect to anyone trying to help but if we could just wait for the reporter to reply rather than guessing then that would be ideal
