XF 1.4 Not receiving password recovery email

Hii there,
My members reported that the password recovery wasnt working. I tested it and it seems they were right.
All other e-mails work verification and such.
Domain: http://www.ascensiongaming.eu

Does anyone know how i could solve this?

EDIT:
After testing abit more it that the emails only are not being received on GMAIL

Are you getting any errors in the ACP server log?
Are you using SMTP and if so, what are the settings.
If using default, are you getting any errors in your MTA log?

I remember seeing something similar in a post a while back. I'll search and see if I can find it.

Hi there thanks for your response,
After checking the ACP logs there were no errors to be found.
Sadly i do not know where i could find the MTA log.
Could you tell me where i could find this?

Is it only the password reset ones not going to GMail or any of them?
If it's all of them that are not going, then you need to make sure you have SPF, DKIM and RDNS set up and that your domain is not blacklisted (odds are it's not if not being blocked by others).

Could i get the website to test these SPF records?

I will test whether the recovery email is the only one being blocked in abit.
