XF 1.5 Not Acceptable error on Starting a conversation

Hello,

I'm trying to start a new private conversation with a new error, but when I click 'Start Conversation' I get the following error

Not Acceptable!
An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.

It's also worth mentioning that I can send conversation to everyone but that person (or at least I haven't received this error with starting a convo with anyone else)

This would appear to be an issue related to mod_security, which is an Apache module on the server.

If you contact your host and explain the error to them, they should be able to reconfigure mod sec to work correctly in this situation.
Failing that, it can be disabled altogether.
