Not a bug None of my add ons are working

I have no clue what's going on, I checked the servers, I contacted customer support on my hosting site NameCheap, and they said everything was fine. It might be something wrong with my computer, I'm not sure. All the add ons show up in the admin panel, it says they were successfully downloaded. No error messages either. I ran a file health check too, and it says that there are no erros. The new features just don't show up. The add ons I recently downloaded were [cXF] Conversation Button 1.3.1 and Grid Nodes 1.1.5. No additional steps were specified when the installation instructions were given.
