Fixed Node's selected navigation behaves weird if navigation is deleted

I think the bug is that while the node's setting reverts back to Forums (Default) automatically, the frontend doesn't actually change unless you edit the node, change nothing, and then hit save.

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.2.8).

Restore the default tab for a node when deleting its associated navigation tab
