Yea, you are correct but..
We don't want to share that much permissions to the group owner. Now the group owner has a lot of permissions only an admin should have.
Also, if I enable all permissions in the admin usergroup I still have to be owner of the group to edit fragile settings.
So the owner (in my case) should be a admin who has members that have a team leader rank (including some permissions)
Now I have set the itg logo as avatar, but my avatar is normally a photo of myself.
I don't want all the groups/teams have my photo as avatar on the index, thats why I came up with the idea.

Wait? Seem you have wrong position. It is avatar of group owner (base on XenForo avatar). If someone copy your avatar then reuse to their avatar. You could not do anything to prevent them. I am reuse and nothing to change with default.

Because you are requesting an feature just special for you. By default I provide each team have an Logo upload. So don't need make an copy of that again.
