The room icons are not working. When I upload any of them, it is just a broken link. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!
 
Tried to test this but your site is uber broken. :P

Also i see if it does show people on all the rooms on the list menu? Would be also amazing if updated if they have new messages. That's my doubt.
 
Like others, I tried to visit the demo on your site but the whole site seems to be broken. This is an addon I'd really like to buy, but after having bought a couple of addons that I now don't use due to them working differently than I imagined, I'm now only buying stuff that I can try out first. Looking forward to trying out a working demo of this :)

The shoutbox is displayed on the main page once you're registered.
 
I'm having a problem where this addon causes the shoutbox to refresh, clear all user messages and show our staff chat (which is permission based, and this happens to everyone).

If we refresh the page it comes right back, however, it continues to happen very 2-10 minutes.

I need prompt response and resolution, or I want a refund. I have yet to find somewhere to post this specifically. My forum seems to be the only one having this issue, but there are no errors logs at all.

Temporary disable addon does it fixed?

So I setup a test widget for my shoutbox and when I select (Full Width) under renderer, it puts it in my sidebar. Even with the widget enabled below, I don't have the Switch Room option on the image below version of my shoutbox. My shoutbox is setup like this..

I want it to remain within that shoutbox, not in my sidebar.
