Please see the add-on description. The newest version was support that add-on :) But when you upgrade from old version, all data will be lost.

So everyone will have to re-add their emoticons?

Would it be possible if you're running the XF Media Gallery that when you upload, it gets directly added to the member's XFMG album?

in the old mod, if someone use :50: for a smilie...no one else could use :50:....this was very annoying and not fair

Nope. It's still be. It is similar to XenForo smilies system. You cannot re-use text replace when someone has used. Anyway you can delete the smilie if you want.

this is not fixed and i have the same issue
 
I'm getting this error
The requested page could not be found.

when trying to access the Your Emoticon page (account/emoticons).

I have the proper Usergroup Permissions set up and I've reuploaded and reinstalled and still get the same error.

It is weird. Can you give me an account for test?
 
Nobita, as Siropu can't support this addon with his chat plugin, is it possible for you to make it work by adding/changing this plugin?
