XF 2.0 No mail notifications for my subscribers

Hi
i have installed xenforo here https://forum.eldorado-immobilier.com/index.php

it is ok but none of my members recieve any mail (notification of new post, neither reset password, and i can't send any mail to them with the forum)

please help me it is so important to fix it

This probably isn't a bug.

Have you set up your email in ACP -> Setup -> Options -> Email options?

Have you checked the email logs on your server?

What troubleshooting steps have you already taken?
